OP MIAM.I CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROGRAM "B" PHASE I/I. WHEREAS, on December 14, 1973, the Board of County Commissioners of Dade County passed and adopted Resolution No. R-1466-73, approving certain additions to the new Port of Miami construction program and providing for the development of Program "B" Phase III, and, WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the additions to the new Port of Miami Construction Program, and, the development of Program "B" Phase III; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following list of projects is added to Development Program "B" and shall be known as Phase III, and are hereby consented to: PHASE III Proiect Cost "Local Share" of costs for additional dredging of the Federal channel for Miami Harbor, as previously pledged by Dade County $1,427,000 Cost of additional dredging for County -owned channel on the north side of the new Port of Miami (Dodge Island) 2,900,000 Extension to Cargo Shed "D", approximately 40,000 sq. ft. 400,000 700 lineal feet of steel bulkhead. Bays 74-79 (south side of port) 400,000 150,000 sq. ft. cargo space; 5,000 sq. ft office space; Phase I only (Design and Foundation) 300,000 55 14 "DOCUMENT INDEX Q ' ,sra "' t�+`� ITEM NO. 7Y-'(13 L: fill.\ IYJ. �n♦ �,. �� REMARK.`':....................... . . • ...,..w ,, M and the payments under the provisions of Section 3 (c) of the joint Resolution of the City and the County mentioned in the preambles of the rust Agreement dated June 1, 1961, securing Seaport Revenue Bonds of the County will be in accordance with said Section 3 (c), postponed until after payment of the Seaport Revenue Bonds of the County, including the Seaport Revenue Bonds (Series G). Section 2.
