A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE To PAY TO RACHAEL GONZALES
WITHOUT THE ADMISSION or LIABILITY, THE
SUM OF $130.00 IN FULL AND COMPLETE
SETTLEMENT OF ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
AGAINST THE CITY OF MIAMI, UPON THE EX-
ECUTION OF A RELEASE RELEASING THE CITY
OF MIAMI PROM ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS.
WHEREAS, RACHAEL GONZALES filed a claim against the
City of Miami for damage incurred in the amount of $130.00
for repairs to the fence of her home at 2246 S.W. 1st Street,
in the City of Miami, which was struck by a falling tree on
December 20, 1973, and
WHEREAS, this claim has been investigated by the office
of the City Attorney and said office recommends that this claim
be settled for the sum of $130.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to pay to RACHAEL GONZALES without the ad-
mission of liability, the sum of $130.00 in full and complete
settlement of all claims and demands against the City of Miami,
upon the execution of a release releasing the City of Miami from
all claims and demands.
