RESOLUTION NO. 4204"4400
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE TO PAY TO MRS. FERMIN GON-
ZALES WITHOUT Tt#E ADMISSION OF LIABILITY,
THE SUM OF $104.36 IN FULL AND COMPLETE
SETTLEMENT OF ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
AGAINST THE CITY OF MIAMI, UPON THE EX-
ECUTION OF A RELEASE RELEASING THE CITY
OF MIAMI FROM ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS.
WHEREAS, MRS. FERMIN GONZALES filed a claim against
the City of Miami for damage incurred in the amount of $104.36
for repairs to her automobile, damaged by striking a hole in
the street at or near N.W. 27th Avenue and N.W. 16th Terrace,
in
the City of Miami, on December 8, 1973, and
WHEREAS, this claim has been investigated by the office of
the City Attorney and said office recommends that this claim be
settled for the sum of $104.36.
NBW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to pay to MRS. FERMIN GONZALES without the
admission of liability, the sum of $104.36 in full and complete
settlement of all claims and demands against the City of Miami,
upon the execution of a release releasing the City of Miami from
all claims and demands.
