A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE TO PAY TO MRS. NITA GOTIDE
WITHOUT THE ADMISSION OF LIABILITY,
THE SUM OF $136.00 IN FULL AND COMPLETE
SETTLEMENT OF ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
AGAINST THE CITY OF MIAMI, UPON THE EX-
ECUTION OF A RELEASE RELEASING THE CITY
OF MIAMI FROM ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS.
WHEREAS, MRS, NITA GOUDE, a widow, filed a claim
against the City of Miami for damage incurred in the amount
of $136.00 resulting from a fall on a City sidewalk at or near
7735 N.W. 5th Court, in the City of Miami, on December 14, 1973,
and
WHEREAS, this claim has been investigated by the office
of the City Attorney and said office recommends that this claim
be settled for the sum of $136.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to pay to MRS. NITA GOUDE without the admission
of liability, the sum of $136.00 in full and complete settlement of
all claims and demands against the City of Miami, upon the execution
of a release releasing the City of Miami from all claims and de-
mands.
