A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERIC TO PUBLISH
A NOTICE OP PUBLIC HEARING FOR OB3 ECTIONS TO THE
ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED
CONSTRUCTION OF BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4357 IN BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-4357.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Marks Brothers
Company has satisfactorily completed the construction of high-
way improvements designated as BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-4357; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of a
notice of public hearing for objections by persons interested
in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the
City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City
Commission to be held at a certain day and hour, to be deter
mined by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public
hearing to hear any objections by persons interested or
affected by BISCAYNE EAST HIGHWAYr�IMPROVEMENT H-4357. 2
