A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK{ PER-
FORMED BY D.M.P. CORPORATION AT A TOTAL COST OF
$310,445.50 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$31,044.55.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 3, 1973
between the City of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
D.M.P. Corporation has furnished the required documents certi-
fying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by D.M.P.
Corporation for the construction of CENTRAL DRAINAGE PROJECT
E-29 at a total cost of $310,445.50 is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
be hereby authorized and directed to pay D.M.P. Corporation
a balance of $31,044.55 as full and final payment for all
work performed and all materials furnished in connection with
the construction of Central Drainage Project�E-29.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of 2I .
