WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Boaz* anct
the Department of Public Works have recommended the acceptance
of the plat entitled DUPLEX TOWNHOUSE SUBDIVISION NO. 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled DUPLEX TOWNHOUSE SUB-
DIVISION NO.1, being a replat of portions of GAYVILLE SUBDIVISION
(P.B. 16, Pg. 17) and a portion of the S.E. h of Sec. 13,
Twp. 53S, Rge. 41E, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which
by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated
herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all
existing and future plantings, trees and shrubbery on said
property, to the perpetual use of the public be, and the same
are, hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. That exceptfor the construction of
those improvements provided for in the Agreement entered into
between the Owner and the Director of the Department of Public
Works on behalf of the City of Miami, Florida, the requirements
of Chapter 54, Section 54-20, Code of the City of Miami, Florida,
and State law as to improvements to be made in subdivisions will
hereby expressly be waived.
Section 3. That the requirement of Chapter 2,
Section 2-85(a) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida,
concerning the fee of $150.00 for the processing of the final
plat is hereby
expressly waived.

Section 4. Of .all other requirements;of State
concerning the posting of a Performance Bond for the
construction of improvements, that portion pertaining to the
maintenance of said improvements is hereby expressly waived.
Section 5. The requirements of State law concerning
the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the Plat are hereby
expressly waived.
Section 6. The City Manager and the City Clerk,
both of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Plat.
