SRS/ts 4/1/74 ORDINANCE NO. ?2.1-7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 30-1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY DELETING THE THIRD PARAGRAPH THEREOF, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLARIFYING THE REQUIREMENT THAT A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION HAVE A SEPARATE LICENSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 30-1;"Required; separate locations licensed separately" is hereby amended to read: 1/ As a condition precedent to engaging in or operat- ing, in the city, any business, profession or occupa- tion referred to in section 30-28, whether as owner, agent, manager or operator, a license shall be procured from the city, as provided in this chapter, on or before October 1 of each year. Such condition precedent shall apply, separately and severally, to each place of location, where any such business, profession or occupation will be engaged in or operated, regardless of the capacity in which the person or legal entity, engaging in or operating such business, profession or occupation, shall act, whether as owner, agent, manager or operator. (Code 1957, § 35-1; Ord. No. 7020, §§ 1,2; Ord. , §1.)
