A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL
USES` AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871,
ARTICLE V, SECTION 1(6)(b), TO PERMIT
USE OP THE EAST 1/2 OP LOT 27,' BLOCI{ 3,
BISCAYNE AVENUE TRACT (3-195) , TO BE
USED ?OR EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMER OPP—
STREET PARKING, PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 175 N. W. 57TH STREET
ZONED R-2, TWO-FAMILY.
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested the change of
zoning for all of Lot 27, Block 3, Biscayne Avenue Tract
(3-195); and
WHEREAS, The City Commission deems it advisable to
grant the request for a change of zoning for the West 1/2 and
"conditional use" for employee and customer Off -Street Parking
on the East 1/2 of the lot;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A "Conditional Use" as provided in Ordinance
No. 6871, Article V, Section 1(6)(b), to permit use of the East 1/2
of Lot 27, Block 3, Biscayne Avenue Tract (3-195), to be used for
employee and customer Off -Street Parking, property located at
approximately 175 N. W. 57th Street zoned R-2, two-family, is
hereby granted.
