A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
TO ENTER INTO AN AMENDMENT TO THE
ORIGINAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MIAMI AND BEN HURWITZ, INC., FOR'THE
DOWNTOWN GOVERNMENT CENTER - BUILDINGS
DEMOLITION - 1973 - PHASE II, TO CON-
TINUE ITEMS 4 & 5 AT A COST OF $6,600,
AND PROVIDING THAT THE CONTRACTOR
FURNISH A PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE
AMOUNT OF $6,600.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager of the City of Miami
is authorized and directed to enter into an amendment to the
original Agreement between the City of,Miami and Ben Hurwitz,
Inc., for the Downtown Government Center - Buildings Demolition
1973 - Phase II, to continue Items 4 & 5 at a cost of $6,600,
and providing that the contractor furnish a performance bond in
the amount of $6,600.
