RESOLUTION NO. 74/- 3a
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR AND
RECEIVE INVITATIONS TO RENDER PROFESSIONAL
SERVICE FROM ARCHITECTS AND PARK PLANNERS
FOR DESIGN SERVICE TO CONVERT THE COCONUT
GROVE INCINERATOR STRUCTURE TO A PARK
FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has directed that the
Coconut Grove Incinerator be converted to a park facility; and
WHEREAS, the Coconut Grove Incinerator stack has been
demolished;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager of the City of Miami
is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for and receive
invitations to render professional service from architects and park
planners for design service to convert the Coconut Grove Incinerator
structure to a park facility.
