A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A LAND OWNERS AND
BUILDERS COMMITTEE TO PARTICIPATE IN FORMULATING
OBJECTIVES FOR THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND ZONING
PLAN FOR THE DOWNTOWN AREA, AND APPOINTING MEMBERS
THERETO.
WHEREAS, numerous studies have been made of the problems
and possible solutions for the City of Miami Downtown Area; and
WHEREAS, this Commission desires that all interest groups
and the general public within the community have an opportunity to
properly express themselves; and
WHEREAS, this Committee will represent developers, real
estate people and land owners points of view and would marshal
opinions and prepare proposals for the hearings that the Commission
will have in the fall;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A Land Owners and Builders Committee be, and the
same is hereby established.
Section 2. The following named individuals are hereby
appointed as members of the Land Owners and Builders Committee:
