A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 74-167, WITH THE DELETION OF CERTAIN
STREETS AND PORTIONS THEREOF; AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED
BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BAY CREST
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4373 IN BAY CREST
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4373
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of March 14,
1974, Resolution No. 74-167 was passed, which ordered a high-
way improvement identified as Bay Crest Highway Improvement
H-4373; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on April 11, 1974 as to any
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 74-167; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said high-
way improvement were sustained by the Commission, and it is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section I. That Resolution No. 74-167, passed and
adopted March 14, 1974, which ordered Bay Crest Highway Im-
provement H-4373 in Bay Crest Highway Improvement District
H-4373 be, and it is, hereby confirmed, with the deletion of
certain streets and portions thereof and encompassing only
the following streets or portions thereof:
NE 83rd Street, from 10th Avenue east;
NE 80th Street from loth Avenue to Bayshore Court; and
NE Bayshore Court from 79th Street to 81st Street.
