RESOLUTION NO. 74/Z f3 :,
A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL FOR THE
CONTINUED WAIVER OF 10 OF 14 REQUIRED OFF-
STREET PARKING SPACES AS PROVIDED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XXIII, SECTION
4(22) AT 161 N.W. 29TH STREET, ST. JAMES
PARK (3-65), IN CONJUNCTION WITH MEDICAL
CLINIC AT SAID LOCATION, ZONED C-4 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami
passed and adopted Resolution No. 72-775 granting a variance from
Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXIII, Section 4 (22), to permit a
medical clinic at 161 N.W. 29th Street, waiving 10 of 14 required
off-street parking spaces for a period of one year; and
WHEREAS, the Building Department reports that
adequate spaces were available for use and the area was being
maintained satisfactorily and that they have received no com-
plaints regarding this property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the continued waiver of 10 of 14
required off-street parking spaces, as provided by Ordinance
No. 6871, Article XXIII, Section 4 (22) at 161 N. W. 29th Street,
ST. JAMES PARK (3-65) in conjunction with medical clinic at
said location zoned C-4 (General Commercial) District, be and
the same is hereby granted for a period of one (1) year from this
date.
Section 2. The waiving of development of 10 new parking
spaces located at the real property described in Section 1
above, is automatically renewed for one year periods until such
time as the City Commission of the City of Miami shall rescind
its waiver of development as granted herein.
