A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE SUM OF $200.00
FROM THE 1972 PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
BOND FUNDS TO COVER THE COST OF MISCELLANEOUS
EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACQUISITION OF THE
FEE SIMPLE TITLE TO PARCEL N0. A-1002.2 LEGALLY
DESCRIBED AS LOT 11, BLOCK 7, FROW HOMESTEAD, AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK B AT PAGE 106 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE EXPANSION
OF ELIZABETH VIRRICK PARK.
WHEREAS, the City has incurred miscellaneous
expenses over and above the contract price for the purchase
of the parcel number hereinabove described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the proper officials are hereby
authorized and directed to allocate the sum of $200.00 from the
1972 Parks and Recreational Facilities Bond Funds to cover the
cost of miscellaneous expenses associated with the acquisition of
the fee simple title to Parcel No. A-1002.2 legally described
as Lot 11, Block 7, FROW HOMESTEAD, as recorded in Plat Book
B at Page 106 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
for the expansion of Elizabeth Virrick Park.
