RESOLUTION NO. „7090
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED FROM
PANELFAB INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $159,802,00 FOR PROVIDING THREE
PRE-FAB MODULAR DAY CARE STRUCTURES AT EATON,
MOORE AND SHENANDOAH PARKS, AND AUTHORIZING
THE PROPER OFFICIALS TO MAKE PAYMENTS AS
NECESSARY, AFTER FIRST HAVING DETERMINED
THAT FUNDS BUDGETED FOR THIS PURPOSE ARE
AVAILABLE.
WHEREAS, a bid was accepted on April 11, 1974 for
providing a modular day care structure at Eaton, Moore and
Shenandoah Parks; and
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of April 11, 1974,
it was determined to award the bid to Panelfab International Cor-
poration which is the lowest and best responsive bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid received by Panelfab International
Corporation for providing three pre-fab modular day care structures
at Eaton, Moore and Shenandoah Parks, at a total cost of $159,802.00
be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized and the
proper officials are instructed to make payment for work performed
after first having determined that funds budeted for this purpose
are available.
