A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED THE SILVERSTEIN SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND ACCEPT- ING A COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND POSTPONING THE IMMEDIATE CONSTRUCTION OF FULL WIDTH ASPHALTIC CONCRETE PAVEMENT, STANDARD CURB AND GUTTER, AND STORM DRAINAGE STRUCTURES; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT. WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board and the Department of Public Works have recommended the .acceptance of the plat entitled THE SILVERSTEIN SUBDIVISION; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Plat entitled THE SILVERSTEIN SUBDIVISION, - being a resubdivision of Lot 12 and the west 15 feet of Lot 11, Block 2, CLEVELAND TERRACE, according to Plat Book 15, Page 19, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future plantings, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public be, and the same are, hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida. Section 2. The covenant to run with the land, executed by Murray Silverstein and Janice Silverstein, his wife, postponing the immediate construction of full width asphaltic concrete pavement, standard curb and gutter, and storm drainage structures until such time as required by the Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida, be, and the same is hereby accepted and the proper officials of the City of Miami are hereby directed to record the Covenant after the plat has been recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florid "DOCUMENT INDEX` ITEM Nd0. /1' " M'.r:TtNG OF APR 5 dESOLUIiilb NO k MAUKS;._.,,_ 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 Section 3. That excepting those improvements referred to in the above -mentioned covenant, the requirements of State law and the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as to improvements to be made in subdivisions are hereby expressly waived. Section 4. The requirements of State law concerning the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the Plat are hereby expressly waived. Section 5. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Plat.
