PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the CITY OF MIAMI, a
municipal corporation, existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage executed by
Annie E. Wells and Jimmie Lee Wells to CITY OF MIAMI acting by
and through its City Manager, bearing date the 19th day of July
A.D.,1990, recorded in Official Records Book 14736, Page 2605, in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the llth Judicial
Circuit, securing certain note(s) in the principal sum of Eleven
Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Five 00/100 dollars ($11,845.00),
with interest thereon, and certain promises and obligations set
forth in said mortgage upon the property situated in said State
and County described as follows, to wit:
South 1/2 of Lot 31, all of Lot 32, and North 10 feet
of Lot 33 in Block 5 of Carter's Addition to Coconut
Grove, as recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 101 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
hereby acknowledges partial satisfaction of the indebtedness
secured by said mortgage in the amount of One Thousand Eight
Hundred Forty Five 00/100 ($1,845.00) and surrenders as canceled
that certain note bearing date the 19th day of July, A.D., 1990,
recorded in Official Records Book 14736, Page 2610, in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the llth Judicial
Circuit, Dade County, Florida, and hereby directs the Clerk of
said Circuit Court to cancel said note of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said CITY OF MIAMI, a municipal
corporation, by and through its City Manager, has caused these
presents to be executed in its name and its official seal to be
