WHEREAS, the City Commission has review. ed and amended
the City Manager's plan for the expenditures of Federal Revenue Sharing
Funds in the amount of $7, 966, 000 for fiscal year 1973-74; and the City Manager's
plan for the expenditure of $3, 00 7 , 4? ' o_ Y e e ral Revenue Sharing Funds i^cludir.�,
interest uncommitted to date, and has approved appropriations as 'r. rein set

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION

Section 1. Ordinance S192, as amended by Ordinances 3210
and 8217, is amended to (1) provide the restoration of $ 7,6, 000 to the following
programs which were held in abeyance or reduced to provide emergency funding
for the Police Expansion Program, (2) to provide an additional sum of $50, 000
to the Downtown Recreational Center, an existing program, and 3) to provide
