S'2 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE USE OF HENDERSON PARK AND MOORE PARK TENNIS FACILITIES IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BY DELETING SECTION 39-3 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI CODE IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 39-3 SETTING FORTH THE FEES TO BE CHARGED. WHEREAS, special recreational services and high cost facilities requiring large expenditures of capital for con- struction and/or maintenance should be supported by fees paid by the participants; WHEREAS, rising costs to the City of Miami Recreation Program have necessitated changing fee structure for fees for the use of recreation facilities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
