WHEREAS, rising costs have necessitated changing fee structure for fees for the use of recreation facilities; WHEREAS, fee should be based on exclusive occupancy by a private organization or group; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Subsection b, Section 39-2 of the City of Miami Code is deleted in its entirety and a new Subsection b, Section 39-2 is enacted to read as follows: 39-2(b) The Amounts to be Paid for the Use of Community Buildings in Public Parks, The Bayfront Bandshell, The Torch of Friendship and Showmobile shall be as follows: Community buildings $5 00 Bayfront Park Bandshell & Amphitheatre (4 hour limit) Recreation sponsored All other organizations $20.00 (rental) $35.00 (insurance) $60.00 (2 stagehands) $42 00 (2 stagehands) .
