WHEREAS, general park areas and recreation programs must be made available to all socio-economic levels served within the City of Miami limits. However, private schools and non-residents who wish to avail themselves of city facilities, services and/or programs should pay a nominal fee. WHEREAS, rising costs to the City of Miami Recreation Program have necessitated changing fee structure for fees for the use of recreation facilities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
