A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY. MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR THE WEST 12 FEET OF
LOT 20 AND THE WEST 2 FEET OF THE SOUTH
20 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 9, OF SUNNYBROOK
THIRD ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION AB RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 43, AT PAGE 72 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TO DeWITT
C. DAUGHTRY.
WHEREAS, DeWitt C. Daughtry has requested that
the City of Miami release a utility easement; and
WHEREAS, the City does not need the easement in
question;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized to execute a quit claim
deed for the West 12 Feet of Lot 20 and the West 2 Feet of the
South 20 feet of Lot 1, Block 9, of Sunnybrook Third Addition,
a Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 43, at Page 72 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, to DeWitt C. Daughtry.
