A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $2,000 FROM THE 1972
PARK AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BOND FUNDS
TO PAY THE PRELIMINARY EXPENSES IN ACQUIRING
PROPERTY FOR THE EXPANSION OF KIRK MUNROE PARK.
WHEREAS, the City Commission by Resolution No.
74-44 in order to provide for additional park facilities for
the expansion of Kirk Munroe Park directed the City Attorney
to prosecute to a conclusion all necessary legal actions to
acquire fee simple title to certain property adjacent to
Kirk Munroe Park; and
WHEREAS, preliminary funds are necessary for this
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
Section 1. That the amount of $2,000 is hereby
allocated from the 1972 Park and Recreational Facilities
Bond Funds to pay the preliminary expenses in acquiring
property for the expansion of Kirk Munroe Park.,
