A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING 5104,375 FROM THE
1972 PARR AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BOND
FUNDS TO PAY THE ATTORNEY'S FEE AND COSTS
IN THE CASE OF CITY OF MIAMI v. EDISON
HOLDINGS LTD., ET AL, CIVIL ACTION NO. 73-
2505.
WHEREAS, the City Commission by Resolution No.
74-252 authorized the City Attorney to settle the matter of
attorney's fee in the case of CITY OF MIAMI v. EDISON
HOLDINGS LTD.,with Jack Watson, attorney for the defendant
Edison Holdings Ltd. in the amount of $94,875; and
WHEREAS, the Court has ordered the City of Miami
to pay the defendant's expenses in the amount of $9,500;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the amount of $104,375 is hereby
allocated from the 1972 Park and Recreational Facilities
Bond Funds to pay the attorney's fee and costs in the case of
City of Miami v. Edison Holdings Ltd., et al, Civil Action
No. 73-2505.

1974.
