A RESOLUTION AWADING THE gtb OF PAN
AMERICAN CHEMICAL COMPANY IN THE
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $4,500.00, for
FURNISHING FIFTY (50) LITTER RECEPTACLES
FOR USE BY THE STREET CLEANING DIVISION
OF THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT; ALLOCATING
THE AMOUNT OF $4,500.00 FROM FUNDS AS
PROVIDED IN THE 1973-74 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET,
STREET CLEANING DIVISION.

WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on March 25, 1974,
for furnishing fifty (50) litter receptacles for use by the
Street Cleaning Division of the Sanitation Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $4,500.00
bid of Pan American Chemical Company, is the lowest bid
(acceptable) and recommends that a contract be awarded to said
firm; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from the
1973-74 fiscal year budget of the Street Cleaning Division;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the March 25, 1974 bid of Pan American
Chemical Company, in the estimated amount of $4;500.00 for
furnishing fifty (50) litter receptacles for use by the Street
Cleaning Division of the Sanitation Department, is the lowest bid.
Section 2. That the amount of $4,500.00 be, and it is
hereby allocated from funds as provided in the 1973-74 fiscal
year budget, Street Cleaning Division.
