A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ISSUE bUPLICATE
TAX SALE CERTIFICATE FOR LEO ROBINSON
(DECEASED) UPON FILING OF BOND BY CO-
EXECUTOR OF ESTATE, STEVEN D. ROBINSON,
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW AGAINST ANY
LOSS THAT MIGHT OCCUR BY REASON OF THE
REAPPEARANCE OF THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE.

WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of Steven
D. Robinson that the following City of Miami Tax Sale
Certificate issued to Leo Robinson (deceased) has been lost:

WHEREAS, the above -mentioned Steven D. Robinson has
signified his willingness to file bond to indemnify the City
against any loss occasioned thereby;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue duplicate tax
sale certificate as described in the preamble of this Reso-
lution to co -executor of Leo Robinson's estate, Steven D.
Robinson, in accordance with law, to protect the City of Miami
against any loss that might occur by reason of the reappearance
of the original certificate.
