A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT
OF WAY DEED EXECUTED BY TIGERTAIL BAY
APARTMENTS, INC. CONVEYING FOR HIGHWAY
WIDENING STRIPS OF LAND ALONG THE WEST
SIDE OF S.W. 27th AVENUE TOGETHER WITH A
PORTION OF PROPERTY ALONG TIGERTAIL AVENUE
INCLUDED IN A RADIUS CORNER; AND DIRECTING
THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
TO RECORD SAID DEED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

WHEREAS, strips of land are needed by the City of Miami
for highway widening along the west side of S.W. 27th Avenue,
north and south of Tigertail Avenue, together with a portion of
property along Tigertail Avenue included in a radius corner, to
bring the avenues to their fully zoned widths; and
WHEREAS, Tigertail Bay Apartments, Inc. has executed and
delivered to the City of Miami a Highway Right of Way Deed for
the required land dedications; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to accept
the aforesaid Right of Way Deed and to have it recorded in the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the February 6, 1974, Highway Right of Way
Deed from Tigertail Bay Apartments, Inc. for strips of land along
the west side of S.W. 27th Avenue, north and south of Tigertail
Avenue, together with a portion of property along Tigertail Avenue
included in a radius corner be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the proper official of the City of Miami be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to record the aforesaid
Right of Way Deed in the Public Records of Dade Co
