W. 14TH STREET, N. W. 12TH AVENUE AND THE EAST- WEST EXPRESSWAY, UNPLATTED,FOR PARKING IN.. CONJUNCTION WITH COUNTY AND STATE BUILDINGS AS PER ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 36 (1), ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH PLAN ON FILE, AND THE APPROVAL OP PLANS AND CONDITIONS BY THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT; PROPERTY ZONED R-C (RESIDENCE OFFICE) DISTRICT. . WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting held on March 20, 1974, recommended approval by a 6 to 0 vote (one member absent) its Resolution No. PAB 9-74, as per Ordinance No. 6871, Article IV, Section 36 (1), as hereinafter set forth; and this Commission deems it advisable in the interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami to grant this permission requested; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application for permission as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article IV, Section 36 (1), for Governmental Use of the area bounded by Wagner Creek, N. W. 14th Street, N. W. 12th Avenue and the East-West Expressway, Unplatted, for parking in conjunction with County and State Buildings, all in accordance with plan on file, and the approval of plans and conditions by the Planning Department, zoned R-C (Residence Office) District, be and the same is hereby granted. W. 14th Street, N. W. 12th Avenue and the East-West Expressway, UNPLATTED, for parking in conjunction with County and State buildings as per Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE IV, Section 36 (1), all in accordance with plan on file, and the approval of plans and conditions by the Planning Department; property zoned R-C (Residence Office). No objections were received in the mail.
