RE: FDOT Contract Amendment
As per our telephone conversation, the attached (2) documents
need to be signed by the City Manager and another party (yourself
or a notary).
The documents represent only an administrative procedure;
combining the two grants into one thereby permitting the issuance
of a single check to the City (for reimbursement to the DDA for
funds expended to complete the SW 8th Street Beautification
Project).
Please return both signed originals to me as soon as possible.

CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AMENDMENT NO 1
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this
February , 19 93 , by and between the STATE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State
hereinafter called the Department, and The City
hereinafter called the Contractor.
W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the Department and the Contractor heretofore on
August 26, 1992, entered into a Contract whereby the Department
retained the Contractor to provide LANDSCAPING SERVICES; and
WHEREAS, the Department has determined it necessary to amend
the Contract As follows:
In accordance with the approved encumbrance of August 5, 1992,
all work to be performed shall be performed under contract number
A-8220 and hereafter said contract number shall have a total value
of #35,780.00, thus combining the agreement of $25,000.00 with
agreement totaling $10,780.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, this Contract witnesseth the following
amendment is made;
EXCEPT as hereby modified, amended, or changed, all of the
terms and conditions of said Contract and any supplements and
amendments thereto shall remain in full force and effect.
