CITY OF MIAMI also agrees to implement and operate the program in accordance with all regulations previously prescribed in Articles I through.XIX of Contract Number 3-PY'91-04-00 which was issued between CITY OF MIAMI and the SOUTH FLORIDA EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING CONSORTIUM. ARTICLE II AMENDED EXHIBITS Those exhibits incorporated within this Amendment supercede any exhibits of like structure which were incorporated in Contract Number 3-PY'91-04-00 or in a previous Amendment for the program entitled "Eastern Airlines Initiative". Any standardized exhibits which have not been included in this Amendment shall remain in full force as they appear in the original Contractual Agreement, as previously amended. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 10880, ADOPTED MAY 9, 1991, TO PROVIDE FOR AN INCREASE IN THE APPROPRIATION TO THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND ENTITLED "EASTERN AIRLINES/DISLOCATED WORKER RETRAINING PROGRAM (FY'91) JTPA III" INTHE AMOUNT OF $550,637, THEREBY INCREASING THE APPROPRIATION FOR SAID SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FROM $207,400 TO $758,037; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, 7,000 airline employees were affected by the January 18, 1991 shutdown of Eastern Airlines; and WHEREAS, workers affected by the shutdown of Eastern Airlines are eligible for retraining opportunities under Title III of the Job Training Partnership Aot (JTPA); and WHEREAS, the South Florida Employment and Training Consortium (SFETC) initially awarded the City of Miami $207,400 for the Neighborhoods Jobs Program in the Department of Community Development to operate a retraining program; and WHEREAS, Ordinance 10880, adopted by the City Commission May 9, 1991, appropriated $207,400 for the aforementioned purpose; and WHEREAS, the South Florida. Employment and Training Consortium (SFETC) has increased the allooation to the City :of 10960 Miami by $550,637, thereby increasing the amount of the allocation from $207,400 to $758,037 for the Neighborhoods Jobs Program in the Department of Community Development to operate a retraining program; NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Ordinance are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 10880, adopted May 9, 1991, is hereby amended in the following. particulars: 1/ "Section 2.
