AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6871, OTHER-
WISE KNOWN AS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO PROVIDE FOR CER-
TAIN CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS ON THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAPS AND/OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN THE TEXT OF
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE; DECLARING
THIS ORDINANCE TO BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE AND DIS-
PENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF READING THE SAME
ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS BY A VOTE OF NOT LESS TIIAN
FOUR -FIFTHS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Planning Advisory Board at
its meeting held on the 20th day of February, 1974, ;gassed and
adopted by a 7 to 0 vote its Resolution No. PAB 7-74, recommend-
ing Amendment to Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE III, Section 2, to
provide for certain changes and corrections on the Zoning
District Maps and/or typographical errors in the text of the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, during the formation of and/or subsequent
amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, there
occurred mechanical and drafting errors to certain sheets of the
Atlas and/or typographical errors to the text; and
WHEREAS, certain public projects have been initiated
and/or completed during the interval cf time transpiring since
the printing of the last modifications to the Atlas; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it advisable in the
interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami to make the
recommended changes to these sheets;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6871 is hereby amended
to provide for corrections on the Zoning District Maps and/or
text of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance as follows:

correct typographical error.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in ccnflict here-
with are hereby repealed insofar as they are in conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
measure on the ground of urgent public need for the preservation of peace, health,
safety and property in the City of Miami.
Section 4. That the requirement of reading this ordinance on two
separate days is hereby dispensed with by a vote of not leas than four -fifths of
the Members of the Commission.
