A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
OF THE CITY OF MXAMX TO SiVTLE THE MATTER

MIAMI VS. EDISON HOLDINGS LTD., ET AL,
CIVIL ACTION NUMBER 73-2505, WITH JACK
WATSON, ATTORNEY E'OR EDISON MOLDINGS LTD.,
ET AL, IN THE AMOUNT OF $94,875.
WHEREAS, the City Attorney of the City of Miami
recommends that the matter of attorneys' fees in the above
styled cause be settled for $94,875; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that it is in the
best interest of the City of Miami to settle the matter of
attorneys' fees in the above cause for the amount recommended
by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Attorney of the City of
Miami be and he is hereby authorized to settle the matter of
attorneys' fees in the case of CITY OF MIAMI vs. EDISON HOLDINGS
LTD., ET AL, Civil Action Number 73-2505, with Jack Watson,
Attorney for Edison Holdings Ltd., et al, in the amount of
$94,875.
