A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING trim SUM OF
$8,000 PROM THE CRIME PREVENTION AND
POLICE FACILITIES BOND FUND, PURSUANT
TO RESOLUTION NUMBER 74-206, FOR THE
SETTLEMENT OF PARCEL NUMBER 7088-75-9,
IN THE CASE OF CITY OF MIAMI VS.
MARJORIE E. WILSON, CIRCUIT COURT
NUMBER 73-788.
WHEREAS, $21,000 has been deposited in the Registry
of the Circuit Court of Dade County for Parcel No. 7088-75-9;
and
WHEREAS, The City Commission of the City of Miami,
by Resolution Number 74-206, authorized settlement of the
above case in the amount of $29,000 on this parcel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the sum of $8,000 be and is hereby
appropriated from the Crime Prevention and Police Facilities
Bond Fund, pursuant to Resolution Number 74-206, for the settle-
ment of Parcel Number 7088-75-9, in the case of CITY OF MIAMI vs.
MARJORIE E. WILSON, Circuit Court Number 73-788.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28 day of MARCH , 1974.
