A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERIC TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT
TO THE LEASE FOR THE WATERFRONT MARINE FACILITY
DINNER KEY, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
amendment to the lease for the Waterfront Marine Facility Dinner
Key, Miami, Florida, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28 day of MARCH
1974.
