A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
COCONUT GROVE SQUARE, A SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OP MIAMI, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND ACCEPT-
ING A COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND POST-
PONING THE IMMEDIATE CONSTRUCTION OP SIDEWALK
AND LANDSCAPING; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board and the
Department of Public Works have recommended the acceptance of
the plat entitled COCONUT GROVE SQUARE;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled COCONUT GROVE SQUARE,
being a subdivision of a portion of the S.W. of the N.E. of
Section 15, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade
County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if
fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown together
with all existing and future plantings, trees and shrubbery on
said property, to the perpetual use of the public be, and the
same are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami,
Florida.
Section 2. The Covenant to Run with the Land
executed by Coconut Grove Square, a Florida corporation,
postponing the immediate construction of sidewalk, grading
and shaping street shoulder and landscaping on the portion of
S.W. 19th Avenue (Natoma Street) abutting the property platted
until such time as required by the Department of Public Works
of the City of Miami, Florida, be, and the same is hereby
accepted and the proper officials of the City of Miami are hereby
directed to record the Covenant after the plat has evert rec riled

Section 3. That excepting those improvements
referred tb,An the above -Mentioned covenant, the requirements
of State law and the Code of the City of Miami, Florida,
as to improvements to be made in subdivisions are hereby
expressly waived.
Section 4. The requirements of State law
concerning the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the Plat
are hereby expressly waived.
Section 5. The City Manager and the City Clerk,
both of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Plat.
