IMPROVEMENT D/STRICT SR-5374-S (SIDELINE
SEWER) .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a sanitary sewer improvement
identified as GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5374-S
(sideline sewer) shall be made under the provisions of Section 56
of the Charter of the City of Miami, as amended, said improvement
to consist of:
Laying an 8 inch or larger sanitary sewer pipe at or
near the sideline of:
N.W. 23rd Avenue between N.W. 7th Street and N.W. llth Street
Beacom Blvd. (S.W. 22nd Ave. Rd.) between S.W. 7th Street & W. Flagler
S.W. 24th Avenue between S.W. 1st Street and West Flagler Street
W. Flagler Street between N.W. 22nd Avenue & N.W. 27th Avenue
Glen Royal Parkway between N.W. 22nd Avenue and N.W. 23rd Avenue
N.W. 7th Street between N.W. 22nd Avenue & N.W. 27th Avenue
N.W. llth Street between N.W. 24th Court and N.W. 26th Avenue
N.W. 9th Street between N.W. 18th Avenue and N.W. 21 Court
Laying = 6 inch or larger pipe laterals, as required
to the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the above -mentioned
streets, including the lots and parcels of land described in
Section 2 hereof; together with necessary manholes, other
appurtenances, pump stations, outfall, connections to existing
sewers, relaying street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by this improvement.
Section 2. That Special Assessments for a portion of the
cost of said GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5374-S (SIDELINE
sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land which

described lots and parcels of land, and such lots and parcels
of land are hereby designated GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5374-►S (sideline sewer).
To each of the lots and parcels of land which abut upon
the above -mentioned streets, including the following described
lots and parcels of land to the property line of which a sewer
lateral or laterals is laid, will be assessed the cost of that
lateral or laterals, under the provisions of Section 56 of the
Charter of the City of Miami, as amended:

Section 3. That this improvement shall be designated in
all proceedings and assessments as GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR.-5374
S (sideline sewer), and the above -described
properties, including all the lots and parcels of land abutting the
streets described in Section 1 hereof against which assessments
shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder, shall
be designated as GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5374-S (sideline sewer).
