HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-74-0229RESOLUTION NO. 29 v ' Sr% A RESOLUTION ORDERING GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5374-C (CENTERLINE SEWER) AND DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSlNTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE COST THEREOF AS GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5374-C (CENTERLINE SEWER) AND ALLOCATING FUNDS FOR SAME. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That a Sanitary sewer improvement identified as GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5374-C (centerline sewer) shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of the City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to consist of: Laying an 8 inch or larger sanitary sewer pipe at or near the centerline of: N.W. Section 2. That Special Assessments for a portion of the cost of said GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5374-C (Center- line sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the following described lots and parcels of land, and such lots and parcels of land are hereby designated GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5374-C (centerline sewer). That the &Motift of $ 50 , 000.00 be, and it is hereby, allocated from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to cover the cost of preliminary expenses for said timprovetnent.
