A RESOLUTION ORDERING GLENROYAL SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5374-C (CENTERLINE
SEWER) AND DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST
WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSlNTS SHALL BE MADE FOR
A PORTION OF THE COST THEREOF AS GLENROYAL
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5374-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) AND ALLOCATING FUNDS FOR
SAME.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a Sanitary sewer improvement identified
as GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5374-C (centerline sewer)
shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of
the City of Miami, as
amended, said IMPROVEMENT to consist of:
Laying an 8 inch or larger sanitary sewer pipe at
or near the centerline of:

Laying 6 inch or larger pipe laterals, as required to the
lots and parcels of land which abut upon the above -mentioned streets,
including the lots and parcels of land described in Section 2 hereof;
together with necessary manholes, other appurtenances, pump stations,
outfall, connections to existing sewers, relaying street pavement,
sidewalks, and curb and gutters where such relaying is made necessary
by this improvement.
Section 2. That Special Assessments for a portion of the
cost of said GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5374-C (Center-
line sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land
which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the following
described lots and parcels of land, and such lots and parcels of land
are hereby designated GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5374-C (centerline sewer).
To each of the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the
abovementioned streets, including the following described lots

Section 3. That this IMPROVEMENT shall be designated
in all proceedings and assessments as GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5374-C (centerline sewer) and the above -described
properties, including all the lots and parcels of land abutting
the streets described in Section 1 hereof against which assess-
ments shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder,
shall be designated as GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5374-C (centerline sewer).

Section 4 . That the &Motift of $ 50 , 000.00 be, and
it is hereby, allocated from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to
cover the cost of preliminary expenses for said timprovetnent.
