A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED By HENRY bEGRAPP & SON, INC., AT
A 'TOTAL COST OF $142,137.72 AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $14,425.27 FOR THE
WYNDWOOD PARK COMMUNITY BUILDING -
ALTERATIONS - 1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 3, 1973
between the City of Miami and Henry DeGraff & Son, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Henry DeGraff & Son, Inc. has furnished the required docu-
ments certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work of Henry DeGraff
& Son, Inc. for the WYNDWOOD PARK COMMUNITY BUILDING -
ALTERATIONS - 1973 be, and the same is hereby accepted at a
total cost of $142,137.72.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay Henry DeGraff & Son, Inc.,
the balance of $14,425.27 as full and final payment for all work
performed and all materials furnished in connection with the
WYNDWOOD PARK COMMUNITY BUILDING - ALTERATIONS - 1973.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28 day of MARCH , 1974.
