A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED Eft' KING FENCE OF MIAMI , I NC . ,
AT A TOTAL COST OF $3,978 AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $397.80 FOR THE WYNDWOOD
PARK - FENCING .. 1974.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated January 29, 1974
between the City of Miami and King Fence of Miami, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and King Fence of Miami, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by King
Fence of Miami, Inc. for the WYNDWOOD PARK - FENCING - 1974, at
a total cost of $3,978.00 be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay King Fence of Miami, Inc.,
a balance of $397.80 as full and final payment for all work
performed and all materials furnished in connection with the
WYNDWOOD PARK - FENCING - 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28 day of MARCH , 1974.
