A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESS. -

sewer) IN WEST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE
MENT DISTRICT SR•-5233-S (sideline sewer) AND
REMOVING ALL PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT
NOT CERTIFIED HEREBY.
WHEREAS, the Commission of The City of Miami, Florida,
met on the 28th day of March, 1974, pursuant to due legal notice
of said meeting under Section 56, of the City Charter, as amended,
to receive all written objections to the confirmation of the
preliminary assessment roll for the cost of West Pinemount
Sanitary Sewer Improvement District SR-5233-S (sideline sewer)
on the following streets:
N.W. 2 Avenue from N.W. 71 Street to 200't South of
N.W. 79 Street (West Side)
N.W. 71 Street from N.W. 2 Avenue to N.W. 5 Court
(South Side)
71 Street from N.W. 5 Place to 150'± East of
N.W. 7 Avenue (South Side)
N.W. 71 Street from N.W. 3 Avenue to N.W. 5 Avenue
(North Side)
N.W.
and
WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested
in, or affected by said assessments were sustained by the Commis-
sion, and said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular
and in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the City
Charter, as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as
apportioned and indicated in the preliminary assessment roll for
West Pinemount Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-5233

be and they are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained
against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
Section 2. That the sums and amounts assessed against
each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assess-
ment roll are less than the amount that each of the said lots or
parcels of ground is especially benefited by said improvement and
that such amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that
the property received.
Section 3. That the total assessable cost of said West
Pinemount Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-5233-S (sideline sewer)
in West Pinemount Sanitary Sewer Improvement District SR-5233-S
(sideline sewer) in the amount of $23,656.31 be and the same is
hereby, approved and confirmed.
Section 4. That any pending liens in West Pinemount
Sanitary Sewer Improvement District SR-5233-S (sideline sewer)
for sanitary sewer improvements not appearing in the preliminary
assessment roll and not certified hereby be, and the same is here-
by, canceled and removed. PASSED AND ADOPTED, this coo?e day of *'441e , , 1974.
