for 5215 Flagler Street, LLC made by 5215 Flagler Street, LLC, a Florida limited liability
company, to City of Miami, dated May 12, 2025, recorded May 23, 2025, in Official Records Book
34770, Page 1754, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, covering the property
described in the foregoing Covenant in Favor of Miami -Dade County relating to Exemption from
Educational Facilities Impact Fee for Elderly Housing (the "Covenant"), does hereby acknowledge
that the terms of the Covenant are and shall be binding upon the undersigned and its successors in
title and interest.
