ACTION IN REMOVING THE VILLAGE OUTH INC.
RESIDENTIAL DRUG TREATMENT C'`TER FROM 5828
N.E. MIAMI PLACE AND SURRO DING PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Commi-=ion after reviewing the denial
of the Planning Board for a sp cial exception to the Zoning
Ordinance for the Village So h Inc. Residential Drug Treatment
Center denied the appeal;
WHEREAS, Village South Inc. is illegally operating in
spite of the Commissi• 's denial of their application;
NOW, THEORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLO IDA:
Sectio 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to take appropriate legal action in removing the
Village South Inc. Residential Drug Treatment Center from 5828
N.E. Miami Place and surrounding property.
