A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO PAY
TO S. Z. BENNETT APPRAISAL COMPANY THE SUM
OF $9,743.68 AND TO STATEWIDE APPRAISAL
SERVICES, INC. THE SUM OF $11,000 AS APPRAISAL
FEES IN THE CASE OF CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA VS.
ST. JOE PAPER COMPANY IN THE CIRCUIT COURT
IN AND FOR DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CASE NO.
73-2506.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Finance Director of the City of
Miami is hereby authorized and directed to pay to
S. Z. Bennett Appraisal Company the sum of $9,743.68
and to Statewide Appraisal Services, Inc. the sum of
$11,000 as appraisal fees in the case of City of Miami,
Florida vs. St. Joe Paper Company, Circuit Court Case
No. 73.2506 in the Circuit Court in and for Dade County,
Florida.
