A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO TRANSFER THE SUM
OF $23,989.61 FROM THE CONTINGENT FUND TO
THE PROPER FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING
M. L. REESE ACCUMULATED VACATION AS AUTHORIZED
BY THIS COMMISSION ON THIS DATE
WHEREAS, M. L. REESE retired and the City Commission
on this date authorized the payment of accumulated vacation time
by Resolution No. 74-200 providing for a payment of
$28,013.65 less the amount paid in August 1973 of $4,024.04,
being a total presently due of $23,989.61.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the proper officials of the City
of Miami are hereby authorized and directed to transfer
$23,989.61 from the contingent fund to the proper fund
the purpose of paying M. L. Reese the remainder of his
separation vacation pay as hereinabove provided.
