A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT TO
ST. NIARY'S CATHEDRAL SCHOOL FOR ANNSEMENT RIDES ON TEE
SCHOOL PLAYGROUND AREA, LOCATED ON 7485 N.W. 2ND. AVE,
NUEi ON MARCH 29, 30 AID 31, 1974, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permit be, and it is hereby, authorized to
be issued. to St. Mary's Cathedral School for amusement rides on the
school playground area located on 7485 N.W. 2nd. Avenue, March 29,
30 and 31, 1974, subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding three days, nor shall any one location be used
more often than once a year.
2. No alcoholic beverages may be served on the carnival
site.
3. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificate of Use.
4. Sma11 tents are permitted only for ride activities.
5. No gambling booths or games of chance are permitted
in conjunction with carnivals.
6. The operators of the amusement rides will provide
sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons.
7. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
8. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Department feels
are necessary to direct traffic and provide for security will be
employed.
