A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY ATTORNEY NOT TO PROCEED WITH APPEAL
OF LITIGATION IN THE CASE OF VERA BOGIN,
D/B/A VICTORY SUNDRIES VS. CITY OF MIAMI,
CIRCUIT COURT CASE NO. 70-17653.
WHEREAS, the City Attorney finds that in the best
interest of the City of Miami no appeal should be taken in the
case of VERA BOGIN, D/B/A VICTORY SUNDRIES VS. CITY OF MIAMI,
being Circuit Court Case No. 70-17653;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Attorney be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed not to proceed with appeal of litigation
in the case of VERA BOGIN, D/B/A VICTORY SUNDRIES VS. CITY OF
MIAMI, Circuit Court Case No. 70-17653.
