RESOLUTION NO, 74' OP/
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BiDSRECEIVED ON
FEBRUARY 7, 1974 FOR FURNISHING RENTAL
LINENS AT THE APPROXIMATE AMOUNT OF $15,000
ANNUALLY FROM NATIONAL LINEN SERVICE, AND
ACCEPTING THE BID FROM FLORIDA DUST CONTROL
TO FURNISH DUST CONTROL PRODUCTS IN THE
APPROXIMATE AMOUNT OF $2,500 ANNUALLY.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids were
received February 7, 1974 for furnishing rental linen, as
required, for the period of one (1) year from date of award; and
WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to fourteen (14)
potential suppliers and seven (7) bids were received; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the bid of
National Linen Service be accepted at an approximate total
amount of $L5,000 annually; and the bid of Florida Dust Control
to furnish dust control products in the approximate amount of
$2,500 annually be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bids received on February 7, 1974
from National Linen Service to furnish linen supplies in the
approximate amount of $15,000 annually, and Florida Dust Control
to furnish dust control products in the approximate amount of
$2,500 annually, at a unit cost per the price schedule as follows:
