A Assowerns AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED FES-
RtiARY 20, 1974 FROM RADER AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $11,028 FOR THE
AERIAL SURVEY CITY OF MIAMI 1974; AND
AUTHOR/ZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received February 20, 1974 for
the AERIAL SURVEY - CITY OF MIAMI - 1974; and
WHEREAS, funds for this project are available in the
Department of Public Works 1973-74 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of Rader
and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $11,028 is the lowest bid
(acceptable) and recommends that contract be awarded to said
company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Rader and Associates, Inc.
received February 20, 1974 for AERIAL SURVEY - CITY OF MIAMI - 1974,
namely Base Bid and Additive Items 1 thru 9'of Proposal, based on
unit prices, at a total estimated cost of $11,028 be accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager be authorized and
directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of Miami
for the AERIAL SURVEY - CITY OF MIAMI - 1974.
