BY THE CITT MANAGER IN AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
2,325 TONS OF HOT MIX ASPHALT FROM PAN AMERICAN CON-
STRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE OPERATIONS DIVISION,
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$24,993.75.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the action taken by the City Manager in
authorizing the purchase of 2,325 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt from Pan
American Construction Company for the Operations Division, Depart-
ment of Public Works, at a total cost of $24,993.75, be, and the
same is hereby, ratified and confirmed.
